Pavese Insights Lab is a coaching and advisory practice built at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and strategy. I work with founders, executives, early- and mid-career professionals, and organizations who are ready to lead more intentionally and build more human-centered ways of working. If you're navigating change, complexity, or just asking bigger questions about how to lead and grow—this space is for you.
-
Because insights aren’t just something you have—they are something you work with. I chose “Lab” to reflect a space of curiosity, experimentation, and transformation. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all coaching or consulting model; it’s a place where leaders, teams, and organizations can think deeply, test ideas, reflect honestly, and grow intentionally. Just like a physical lab, it’s where meaningful change gets made—through reflection, iteration, and intentional action.

I’m a PhD-trained organizational psychologist with 17+ years of experience as a practitioner, researcher, coach, and strategic advisor. My work blends evidence-based practices, deep behavioral insight, and practical, real-world strategies. Whether I’m coaching a founder or advising a product team, I focus on what actually works—and build a space where people can think clearly, grow sustainably, and lead on their own terms.
-
Coaching and advisory is virtual by design, but I do travel for team offsites, strategic workshops, and speaking engagements.
-
Yes. I reserve a portion of my coaching practice for RISE, a sliding-scale coaching track for professionals who are ready to grow but may not have access to traditional development resources or find themselves at a point in life where budgets are constrained.

Coaching is personalized, practical, and grounded in science. It begins with a discovery session, to clarify what matters and identify your goals. Sessions progressively build upon what’s important to you to strengthen your internal leadership, and move toward what’s next with intention. You can expect reflection, honest conversation, tools you can use, and a space that meets you where you are.
-
If you're asking that question, you're already on the right path. Coaching is a fit if you're navigating growth, change, uncertainty, or leadership challenges—and want space to think deeply, plan clearly, and act more intentionally. I offer free consults to talk through your goals and see if it's a fit for both of us.
-
1:1 coaching is a fully personalized space for your growth, while Elevate Circles are small, group coaching sessions designed for women leaders who want to grow in community. Both are grounded in insight and action. Circles include up to 8 participants over 6 sessions, while 1:1 engagements typically run longer and are fully tailored to you.

I’ve used and am certified in several assessments. For my practice, I’ve chosen to focus on leveraging the personality and values inventories from Deeper Signals—their flagship diagnostic is a modern, adaptive assessment rooted in the Five Factor Model, the most validated and defensible model of personality. It is a superior user experience, and provides the same level of rigor and evidence as the Hogan, but is posited on modern theory that personality can actually change.
-
Between sessions, you’ll have access to async support via email, shared notes, and/or WhatsApp groups (if you are part of an Elevate Circle). I offer up to 30 minutes of asynchronous guidance between sessions, whether it’s helping you think through a situation, reflect on new insights, or prep for an upcoming challenge.
-
Yes—many of my clients are sponsored by their organizations. I can provide a coaching proposal and session summary upon request, and am happy to work directly with your HR, People, or Learning team to streamline the process.
-
I speak on a variety of topics including the future of leadership; burnout, empathy and sustainable success; trust and adoption in the age of AI; and the essential skills of coaching. Every talk is backed by research and tailored to the realities your audience faces.
-
Absolutely. Whether I’m keynoting a conference or facilitating a strategic offsite, my content is crafted to resonate with your audience, goals, and culture. We'll collaborate ahead of time to ensure it's relevant, energizing, and useful.
-
I’ve spoken at global conferences (ATD, SHRM, Workday Rising, Gartner Reimagine), company all-hands, executive offsites, HR and product leadership summits, and internal team learning days. If you’re designing an event around change, leadership, or human-centered work, I’d love to help make it memorable and meaningful.
-
I offer both. Workshops can range from 90-minute deep dives to multi-day offsites and are designed to drive clarity, connection, and aligned action.
-
Advisory engagements are often structured in quarterly sprints of ~20 hours/month, focused on product strategy, leadership development, leadership team alignment or organizational change. I serve as a thinking partner, subject matter expert, and sounding board for founders and executive teams—without the overhead of a full-time hire.
-
I specialize in advising work tech companies, people-focused startups, and mission-driven organizations—especially those building tools around coaching, talent, EX, or behavioral science. I currently advise DX, a developer experience platform and I/O for Teens, a education-focused not-for-profit. I’ve also worked internally with tech brands like Workday, CoachHub, Qualtrics, and Limeade.
-
Yes, I offer one-time strategy intensives or audits when a full engagement isn’t the right fit. These are best for teams that need a quick injection of expert guidance on a specific challenge or product area.
-
Consultation is free. Book here. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what you're navigating, and see if there’s a fit.
-
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Emergencies happen—just keep communication open and we’ll work together.
-
All coaching sessions happen via Google Meet, and async support is provided via email, shared Google Docs (for notes, reflections, or prep), and/or WhatsApp groups (if you are part of an Elevate Circle). If you're part of an advisory or organizational engagement, I’ll match the tools you already use (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
-
Yes. All engagements include clear agreements per service type and scopes of work (as applicable). I’m happy to sign NDAs where appropriate. My goal is to build partnerships based on trust and clarity from day one.
