Executive Coaching
Leaders and founders often find themselves pulled in all directions—navigating growth, managing teams, facing burnout, and making high-stakes decisions in isolation. Whether you're building your first startup, navigating a career change, or seeking to grow and scale sustainably, this coaching track is designed to help you lead with intention and resilience.
Trained in organizational psychology and coaching, I bring deep experience helping leaders reflect, reset, and rise to meet their goals. My coaching approach combines evidence-based coaching, psychological insight, and practical support. Executive coaching engagements start at a 3 month minimum engagement.
Elevate Circles
Small-group coaching experiences designed for women founders and leaders. In a world that often demands performance over presence and output over ownership, my clients are often looking for a shared space to build up on their strengths, learn from others and lend support. Elevate Circles are designed just for that!
Each circle brings together a group of up to 8 women for 6 facilitated sessions. Rooted in organizational psychology and strengths-based leadership frameworks, sessions explore the real-world challenges you care about. This is not a course; participants gain not only insight and coaching, but a peer community that understands their context, supports their voice, and their aspirations.
RISE: Reflect. Integrate. Shift. Elevate.
Many professionals are ready to grow—but are too often left out of strategic development opportunities and navigating systems that weren’t built with their success in mind. RISE coaching is for early and mid-career individuals who are stepping into new responsibilities, clarifying their path, or finding their voice at work.
It’s the same executive coaching, but at a sliding scale over a 6 session engagement, to meet your current circumstances. A portion of my practice is dedicated to RISE each quarter, because meaningful development should be available to everyone—not just those with access or budget.
What People Are Saying
“For the past two years, Liz has been mentoring and coaching me…We’ve had numerous discussions, particularly on topics that I initially felt uncomfortable raising directly with my manager. Having Liz as a trusted partner has always been a tremendous help, providing me with the confidence needed to navigate professional situations. She has a remarkable ability to listen attentively, and her background in psychology provides an additional layer that helps me dig deeper into why certain things are valuable to me in my career.
Whether it was navigating challenging times at work, helping me get promoted, or even discussing long-term career aspirations, Liz has consistently provided a safe and supportive space for open dialogue. Her empathy and practical knowledge has not only helped me overcome immediate obstacles but also instilled in me a greater sense of professional confidence and career direction.
— Laura Thodberg, Product Operations Manager
“Before working with Liz, I was challenged with limiting beliefs and gremlins that dictated my inner monologue that played on repeat, "You don't deserve to have a seat at the table, nobody will take you seriously, and your voice isn't strong enough to be heard."
Immediately, Liz guided me to identify that I was holding a lot of catabolic energy in my life that was stunting my growth in discovering what possibilities I had in me all along. She helped me realize some of the rules I had for myself were outdated and I needed to write new ones… ”
